  Chris has been managing our property as a rental for the past 4 years while we relocated for work. What he provided above all was complete peace of mind. He is an excellent communicator and incredibly thorough in all that he does, leaving no detail to chance. Choosing him to manage the sale of our property when our move became permanent was a no brainer. He exceeded my already high expectations throughout the process, from the marketing right through to the settlement. I cannot recommend him highly enough for both property management and property sales!

  CJ Crescini has managed property for me for almost 10 years.
  It’s no exaggeration to say that I only own investment property because of how painless and positive CJ enables the ownership experience to be.
  Part of that is his teams trustworthiness, professionalism, care, their rapid and appropriate communication, but also witnessing how responsive and respectful they are with tenants.
  Chris’ knowledge of the industry, his strategic advice and transaction planning are also exemplary and thoroughly appreciated.
  
  Unbelievable to have such a genuinely good group of people in the real estate industry.
  
  This is a review I should have taken the time to write years ago, because the team truely deserve the praise!
